Volkswagen has initiated a new project called ‘Volkswagen Roadside Assistance’, as a part of our aftersales support effort, wherein a team visits the existing customers to understand the issues/problems faced by customers and address them. This project was initiated on June 2014 and is continuing strongly since then. Volkswagen sincerely focuses on delivering the best after-sales service, and with this effort, it aspires it to take it to the next level.
